For those of you wandering....

YES, I am still pregnant. I have been having contractions for three days but nothing regular enough to get excited about. I am tired, hot and ready to deliver this sweet baby girl.

I will have more updates after my doctor's appointment on Wednesday morning.

I just wanted to give you a quick note so you all know that we are still waiting and waiting and waiting........

I am trying to wait on the Lord's timing (very hard right now).

Love to ALL!!!!

Praying for you! I can't imagine what it would feel like to be almost 9 months pregnant in the middle of August. Yuck! Hope a cool front comes your way along with a beautiful baby girl!

Alice,
Hey! It's Melanie! I saw your post from Nancy's and checked out your blog. How wonderful about your pregnancy! I'm pregnant with our first and Joshua and I are both very excited. We just found out on Tuesday that we're having a girl! :) No names yet, just some ideas, but we've got until Dec. 3rd to decide. Mili is beautiful!! i've never seen such big pretty eyes! :)

We're still in Texas and getting more used to it. I've taken off work too to stay home with the baby (and any more that should come to us!), and feel very blessed that we can afford to do so. Probably wouldn't be able to do so if we were in Arkansas. Sounds like you guys are doing really great! Good luck with your last few days of pregnancy and a safe and healthy birth! :)

Say hi to Brian for me!

Take care,
Melanie

P.S. and tell Brian thanks a lot for making me shed more than a few hormonally induced tears over that poem he gave you with your anniversary pancakes! That was really sweet! :)

P.P.S. Mandy has my email if you'd like it. :)

Praying for you and Sadie! Your prayers worked because I got the job this morning!!! Thanks so much. I had so many wonderful prayer warriors blessing me. Praise be to God! It was totally worth the wait all these years. I can now look back and see how far I've come because of this. Yea!
