Mili couldn't wait to stand with Mommy and Daddy on the Big Stage.
The church body recites what is on the screen in this picture.
I am a blubbering mess after a hug and kiss on the cheek from PT (Pastor Tim). He is going to be out of town on our last Sunday and so I had to say goodbye to him this last Sunday. NOT EASY at all!!!! Mili didn't want to leave the stage, she wanted to stay and clap with everyone else. She was amazing on stage....the best three year old I could ask for.
We hope to raise both of our girls to LOVE Jesus with every ounce in them. We hope to model that for them but fail so many times. I hope that we can let them know when we fail so that they know not to follow that path and learn from our mistakes. My prayer is always that they would love Jesus more than we do and their children will love Jesus more than they do.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE our sweet church family who has been our FAMILY here. You will see another post about this family at some point when I have more time and am maybe not so emotional (yeah right).

Alice, I am soooo glad that you had this wonderful family while you were away from AR. I am so sorry you have to say good-bye (although glad you are all coming home), yes it must be bittersweet. I know your family here has been greatful that the Lord provided such great people for you to fellowship and worship with. You will be in my prayers as you get ready to leave them.
Lots of Love,
Dawn
Baby dedication is important and I'm glad that so many of my friends do this for their babies. So sorry you have to say goodbye to many people that you love and a church family that has been great to all of you. Its funny how sad we are when we leave family like Arkansas but how God makes any place we are a home. Hope that made sense.
I completely understand where you are coming from with having to leave your church family. Eric and I found it terribly hard to leave ours in Texarkana when we moved back home. But, time makes it easier even though you will always miss them! It is comforting to know that even if you never see them again on this earth, you will reunite with them some day!
HUGE hug! I'm so happy you guys will be back to your roots soon but sad you will miss your new family. It's a sweet memory you'll have of your Northern family having doing Sadie's dedication there. Much love to you!
