Sweet, Sweet Gift!

Here a few pics of my Valentine present. I woke up to the sweet aroma of sugar cookies this morning. Brian was in the kitchen baking me a bouquet of a dozen flower cookies. He made the cookie dough and piped out the stems and baked them and then carefully shaped the flowers and baked them. Next he assembled them with some icing and then wrote something on each flower that he loves about me. I already ate the "laugh" cookie flower (so the picture only shows 11 flowers.

I love homemade gifts. I think they are much more thoughtful than if someone spends very little time to go and buy something.

I feel really blessed to have Brian as my lovely husband. He is very thoughtful and romantic. Life couldn't get any better.

I was also able to spend some extra time with Brian and Mili this morning in bed because Brian's work was delayed due to 4 inches of snow and lots of ice on top. He had a little trouble getting out of the parking lot here and getting onto the campus at work, but the main roads were pretty good.

Hope you all have a lovely Valentine's Day!!!
Hugs and Kisses

HAY THERE, I KNOW YA'LL WISH IT WAS JUST SNOW INSTEAD OF THE ICE BUT YOU JUST HAVE TO LOVE IT ANYWAY. I SEE BRIAN LEARNED EVERYTHING FROM DEAR OLD DAD. BUT I THINK HE HAS PERFECTED IT A LITTLE. I THINK HE GOT SUCH A GOOD WIFE IT MAKES IT EASIER FOR HIM TO BE THAT ROMANTIC. HE IS PROBABLY THE LUCKY ONE. I THANK GOD EVERY DAY MY BOYS DID SUCH A GOOD JOB AT PICKING WIVES THAT BRING OUT THE BEST IN THEM. TAKE CARE OF THAT POPCORN AND LITTLE MILI. LOVE YA, DAD

Loved the picture of your gift. I agree with Dad that Brian learned from the best. Let's see if he can continue knocking your socks off for 37 years. Prayer meetings last week was great. Revival is wonderful! Yesterday I found out that my friend Cheryl who got saved last year had started to Holy Ground church and her husband got saved Sunday. Her Mom and kids are loving going to. AIN'T GOD GOOD! I also made it by Chrystal's and apologized and some forgiveness took place. God is so good to me. Looking forward to great things happening because of the last two weeks. God honors our obedience. Got to go cook for the preacher and whoever else shows up. love you all.
